Why You Should Take Our Soccer Agent - Football Agent Course:
Our 8-week online course is ideal for those who are looking to register as an intermediary and/or represent professional soccer/football players. At the end of the course, successful graduates will be invited to join the SMWW Agency as an SMWW Agent Advisor to recruit and co-represent professional athletes on behalf of the SMWW Agency.
Our Soccer/Football Agent course is designed in two parts, initially focusing on the rules and regulations set by FIFA in regards to registering as an intermediary and regulations surrounding the transfer & status of players. The second part of the course concentrates on how to recruit, promote, negotiate and keep a client in-line with the current FIFA and domestic regulations. At the end of the course, represent players on your own behalf, work for an agency near you, or join the SMWW Agency and represent players in your area.

The role and skills of a soccer agent - football agent
Sky Andrew is a former Great Britain Olympian and winner of three Commonwealth Game gold medals, a World Cup silver, and 14 National table tennis titles. After his competitive playing career ended in the mid-1990’s Andrew turned his focus to athlete representation.
While training in his youth, Andrew became friends with Sol Campbell who would go on to play 20-years in the premier league and represent England in the international competition for 11. It was Campbell who suggested Andrew get into athlete representation, and it was Campbell who became his first athlete client.
Since the initial signing of Campbell, Andrew has gone on to represent many high profile soccer players and television personalities including Jermaine Pennant, Jonathan Fortune, Adam Kwasarey, Marvin Sordell, and Jay Boothroyd. Other clients include James Anderson, Frank Bruno, TV presenters Sarah-Jane Mee and Natalie Sawyer.

Maikel Tsuji - FIFA Player Agent
Born and raised in Amsterdam, Maikel comes from a soccer influenced family and played professionally for eight years in Holland, Spain, and the US. Maikel moved to the US in 2004 to pursue his career in soccer and ultimately decided to go back to school where he attended Hawaii Pacific University and majored in Business Management.
Maikel started working as a financial specialist for some major financial institutions. While doing that, he was also the Director of Coaching for a local soccer club in Hawaii, the coach of a local high school team, and the Soccer Field Manager for the Special Olympics in Hawaii.
Maikel is the Director of Soccer Operations with SMWW and works closely with Co-Director Paul Dolby. Maikel not only represents professional athletes from different sports across the board such as: the 2022 USL Championship Goal Keeper of the year Jordan Farr, and two time Indy 500 Champion and Hall Of Fame Inductee Al Unser Jr. but he also teaches the Soccer Agent, Soccer GM and Scouting and the FIFA Agent Prep courses all offered by SMWW. Maikel successfully passed the 2023 FIFA Agent Exam in April, 2023.
Dr. Lynn Lashbrook – SMWW President & Founder
Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, President and Founder of SMWW, has over 40 years of experience in the sports industry as an educator, coach, athletic administrator and as a registered NFL agent. Dr. Lashbrook manages the SMWW Agency representing over 400 Agents and hundreds of athletes worldwide.
In his career as a sports agent, Dr. Lashbrook has represented over 200 NFL clients from 1st rounders to free agents and has working relationships with team managers, executive staff and scouts, while working hand in hand advising his athletes on major endorsements, first-round contracts, athletic training, workouts, drafts, combines, and all SMWW Sports Agency activities.
Because he is active in the industry, his teaching is up-to-the-minute and addresses the issues in professional sports today. In an effort to transform the athlete-agent relationship, Dr. Lashbrook emphasizes integrity and ethics in his curriculum and weekly interactive zoom video chats.
